Unlike many other insurers, our underwriters are dealing with claims from clients who bought their insurance before 15th April 2010. Since then, the disruption from the Icelandic ash cloud has become a known cause of loss, so most insurers are excluding this cause. However, we can now offer a "buy back" for this risk.
