In May we handled a complex claim on behalf of an event organiser for a group of business travellers who were prevented from going to Mexico because of Swine Flu there. The event organiser was so pleased with the service we gave them that they delivered a hamper of wine and goodies to our offices with this message :

"Dear Rob, Margaret and Brian. Thank you for your support, patience and hardwork with our recent claim. We really appreciate your amazing efforts on our behalf. With many thanks, Pam and Tracey ( TFI Group) "

Says more than any advertising will ever do, doesn't it?
